Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of placement. If your order includes personalized/custom engraved perfume bottles, the processing time may be extended.
If an order contains both customized and non-customized perfumes, the non-customized items will be shipped first. Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above INR 2000/- within India. Return shipments and domestic orders below the minimum order value do not qualify for free shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and sealed perfume products only. Products must be:
Unopened
In original packaging
With all labels and accessories intact
Personalized or engraved perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or tampered.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
Missing Items
If multiple items were scheduled for return but only some are handed over during pickup, the brand may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund.
Exchange & Replacement

Replacement (for damaged or defective item)
A replacement will be dispatched only after the original item is received and verified at our warehouse.
How to Raise a Return Request
You can initiate your request directly through our website. Alternatively, our Customer Support team can help you.
Once the pickup is scheduled, please ensure availability and respond to delivery partner calls. If unresponsive, pickup may be canceled and the process restarted — causing delays.
Reverse Pickup Availability
In rare cases where your PIN code does not support reverse pickup, we may request you to return the product via:
India Post or any reliable courier
We will refund courier charges up to INR 70 after the package is received and verified.
Empty Parcel / Damaged Product Claim

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: A clear 360-degree unboxing video Package photos showing shipping label & tampering (if any)
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted. The brand’s decision will be final in such cases.
