Return & Exchange Eligibility — 7 Days
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window only if:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product remains unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
No returns are accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Policy
We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstance.
If a return request is approved, customers can choose:
A credit note with NO expiry or A replacement/exchange for the same or another item (Subject to availability and price difference if applicable)
🛍 Reverse Pickup & Exchange Processing
Once your request is approved:
Reverse pickup is completed within 2–4 business days
Replacement perfume is delivered within 7 business days after the return is received & inspected
Returned items must be:
Unopened and unused
Every accessory & box intact & undamaged
